To add FalconX to your Discord server:

1. Click the "Invite Bot" button on our homepage
2. Select the server you want to add FalconX to (you must have "Manage Server" permission)
3. Review and authorize the requested permissions
4. Complete the captcha verification
5. FalconX will join your server and be ready to use!

FalconX requires the following permissions to function properly:

• Manage Roles: For role assignment commands
• Kick Members: For moderation kick command
• Ban Members: For moderation ban command
• Manage Messages: For message cleanup and moderation
• Read/Send Messages: Basic bot functionality
• Embed Links: For rich embed messages
• Attach Files: For sending images (QR codes, etc.)

You can customize permissions after adding the bot if certain features aren't needed.

Use these commands to configure FalconX:

• /config - Access general configuration settings
• /setjoinmessage - Set welcome messages
• /setleavemessage - Set goodbye messages
• /logs setup - Configure server logging
• /permissions - Manage command permissions

FalconX uses Discord's slash commands system:

1. Type / in any channel where the bot can see messages
2. You'll see a list of available commands
3. Start typing the command name to filter the list
4. Click the command or press Tab to select it
5. Fill in the required parameters
6. Press Enter to execute the command

If slash commands aren't appearing:

• Make sure the bot has the "Use Application Commands" permission
• Check that the bot has access to read/send messages in the channel
• Wait a few minutes after adding the bot for commands to sync
• Try refreshing Discord (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
• Kick and re-invite the bot if the issue persists

Use the /permissions command to manage who can use specific commands:

1. Use /permissions add role @RoleName command_name
2. Use /permissions remove role @RoleName command_name
3. You can also use Discord's built-in app command permissions in Server Settings

Discord has role hierarchy rules:

• The bot's highest role must be ABOVE the roles it manages
• Move FalconX's role higher in Server Settings → Roles
• The bot cannot manage roles owned by the server owner
• The bot cannot manage Discord's default @everyone role

Try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check if the bot is online (green status)
2. Verify the bot has permission to read/send messages in the channel
3. Make sure you're using slash commands (start with /)
4. Check if you have permission to use the command
5. Wait a moment and try again (may be rate limited)
6. Check our Status Page for outages

You can report bugs in several ways:

• Use /feedback command in Discord
• Join our support server and create a ticket
• Visit our Support page

Please include: what you were trying to do, what happened, and any error messages.

Unfortunately, most data deletions are permanent:

• Deleted messages cannot be recovered
• Cleared moderation notes are permanently removed
• Server data is deleted 30 days after the bot is removed

Absolutely! You can invite FalconX to as many servers as you want. Each server has its own independent configuration and data.

Yes! You can customize:

• Welcome messages with /setjoinmessage
• Leave messages with /setleavemessage
• Boost alerts with /setboostalert
• Custom embeds with /embed

To remove FalconX:

1. Go to Server Settings
2. Click on "Integrations"
3. Find FalconX in the list
4. Click "Remove" or right-click the bot and select "Kick"

Your server data will be deleted within 30 days.
